There is music within you, and it's meant to be shared with the world.Whether you're a curious beginner, or you've spent countless hours practicing in your bedroom, if having a supportive community witnessing your musical progression feels like an exciting edge for you, you're in the right place.

A Human Connection Approach

The approach at the Wellspring is simple:1. You begin with a one-on-one session with me to get you started learning and practicing a song (or creating your own).2. You come to the next weekly call, where all members can share their work-in-progress exactly as it is, and get real-time feedback and instruction from me, as well as connection and celebration from their peers.Have stage fright? I did too. This is exactly the space to learn to safely leave it behind. We go at a slow pace and do somatic check-ins, and you never have to share unless you want to.3. You integrate the feedback I give you through practice during the week, share vids of your progress, and ask any questions/get further instruction from me through our community chat, until the next week's call.

A Formula For Musical Success

This human-connection formula works well for two reasons:A) You gently decondition the beliefs that your music has to be "perfect" to be shared, and instead learn to embrace the gift of vulnerability alongside the other students, andB) You get the motivation to practice through community support and connection, which is much more effective than trying to go it alone.Your creativity flourishes as a result, and you build musical community at the same time. Plus, it's way more fun this way.My musical instruction style is simple and straightforward: rather than overwhelm you with tons of chords, generic concepts, and theory, I'll guide you towards your specific goal and give you only the tools you need to be able to play (or write) music quickly, your way.
